Found in 1984, a private-owned enterprise, Henan Famous Diamond Industrial Co. Ltd is a
large-scale company that produces synthetic diamond and CBN superabrasives. The
company has an area of 25000 square meters; the construction area is 19000 square meters
with 485 employees. So far Famous Diamond Company has become to the largest and
leading manufacturer of diamond and CBN superabrasives for grinding wheel in China.
Our honored products are the grinding superabrasives that include Resin Bond and Metal
Bond Diamond, CBN Superabrasive and Superabrasive Micron Powders. They are used for
manufacturing resin bond, vitrified bond, electroplating bond and metal bond grinding wheels
in industry. Resin Bond and Metal Bond Diamond is suitable for grinding and cutting process
for non-metal materials. CBN superabrasive for grinding and cutting process for ferrous-base
metal and super alloy materials. Superabrasive Micron Powder is widely used in fine-grinding,
polishing as a grinding wheel, paste, slurry or as loose abrasive.
After we hammered out our many years’ experience of making grinding superabrasives and
the expertise in diamond processing and quality control, we have developed a series of
polycrystalline diamond composite products, among which PCBN and PCD cutting blanks
are widely used in machining of ferrous and nonferrous materials; PDC and TSP cutter
blanks are satisfied in the application for drilling of oil-well, geology, mining and other
applications; PCD die blank is suitable for a wide range of wire drawing applications, and CVD
Diamond thick film with polycrystalline structure that as a new superabrasive product is used
for dressing, turning, cutting and wire drawing in mechanical machining field. We are
pioneering in the CVD Diamond coated tools in China. As a related industry, we are also
trading the carbide tools and carbide raw materials.
With adoption of advanced technology, workmanship and equipment, rigorous quality
management and process control program, the company passed ISO9002 successfully. In
the course of production enlargement, the company also pays much attention on the
